Bellie
Towards the end of her life she started wrapping herself around my head. It was a hug. I wouldn't move until she did and sometimes that was an hour.
Obsessed Much
Obsessed Much is also known as Jordan up the street. I found this on my car years ago while recovering from spondylodesia surgery. I was relearning how to walk upright and had a disabled parking spot.
On the bottom of her note is printed: Faith plants the seeds. Love makes it grow.

Pist gave me a Fish
For such a tall man I can't discern how he sees these creatures on the ground amongst the fallen leaves.

Making Bolos
Pist will hand me various thing as a challenge. Yesterday it was this piece of coral that I immediately saw as a bolo. The coral mounted on suede.

Solar Panels for AI?
Tucked behind a very small black community off of St. Claire Ave in East St Louis I noticed acres of solar panels being installed. I saw that most of the shade providing trees in this 4-5 block neighborhood were being removed. I wondered if they were older and damaged trees that could fly off in a storm and destroy the panels.
I worried that the residents of the small neighborhood would be displaced. The area is maybe five blocks. No town name is posted although many years ago a large, hand painted, board read, The Original Sin City.
The solar panels aren't visible from St Clair Ave. I found them one day while not minding my business, speculating about the fallen trees, and investigating the site. This is what I found on N 71st.
