Crazy Aluminum by-product trim made in STL 70 years ago. It most likely failed due to uninspired marketing.

During our 20s my sister and I both worked at DT Famous. I had told her each elevator had its own name and this one was Otis. She almost believed me.

Scullin Steel RIP - Manchester Ave
In my early 20s I worked late in the college library. On the drive home I would pass Scullin Steel (RIP) at night just to see its massive green letters. Its massive plant was across the street with a third shift. The plant is now failing mall.
