The Tea Party
Lefton China Tea Set found in The Wild for $25 and sold for $500.
This spring and summer I'll be hosting smallish afternoon tea parties in my tea house. With my own set on a stunning table covered with vintage crochet.

1980s Tea length Tissue Lame Formal
This made me faint when I met it. When I recovered I fell into a coma.
It's entirely too fabulous. Tissue lame is SO difficult to sew that it requires a ball point needle. I just want to roll around in it.

New Breed
New Breed was a circa 1973 label. I found this in my warehouse today. Mod men's shirt, deadstock, factory folds still obvious, and check out that matching clip on tie. Pocket print matches the shirt. A rare glance back. Union made :)

Bakelite
Bakelite is an old love of mine. I've collected bakelite knobs off of tossed TVs in alleys for 5 decades and turned them into drawer pulls. I love the stuff but my attachment has waned.
I mean, there's only so much room in our house.
Just some spacers.

Joanne Garcia
I bought this on the butte of Acoma Res during the 80s. It was made by Joanne Garcia, granddaughter of the famous Marie.
She didn't speak English.
I sold it on Etsy becuase I can't take it with me and there's so many experiences and stories attached to my things. And so, on to understanding hands :)
