RIP, 2011. I worked on it one summer during college in the purser's office. I heard the Captain's daughter answer the phone saying, Purser's office. I thought she was saying First Floor Office so I said the same while answering the phone in her absence. It was the Captain who bellowed at me: This is a ship! It doesn't have floors, it has decks!
I had no choice, I hung up on him.
