Mayor Spenser: Transitory Housing for Tornado Victims?
This is the mostly bando St. Louis Marketplace at 6590 Manchester Ave. It once hosted a Sam's Club, a K-mart, both big box stores. It has plenty of other spaces. Those stores had toilets and lateral connections. Missing is showers and walls. The STL Library has a small branch there for those needing access to computers. A Bi-State stop.

We had been driving to BLLVLL via 15.
