Part 2 of Last Weekend
Laverne Apartments: These tiles, the marble staircase, and the mail box were the highlight of this excursion. I was astonished to encounter the original brass mail box unit still in situ: Sam Meller: Sarah Jane and The Blue Notes:
Those exact same dragons are above the entrances at a smaller apartment building at Gustine & Keokuk, across from Amberg Park. Wonder how many more are across the city!
