Spendid glazed terra cotta
Wowsa: Located (I think, I've misplaced my notes) in the Princeton Heights neighborhood. Dreamy Art Deco styling terra cotta with wire cut brick and stained pick mortar. Too bad the original store front windows were 'remodeled'.
I think it's a result of broken windows. I say that as a former retail business owner on S. Grand. The landlord required insurance and it had everything to do with the plate glass windows.

Agreed about the window "remodeling" but perhaps that is the price to pay for this building to occupied.
