44XX Arsenal
I love this building on Arsenal.
I took this photo in 2014. I've stalked it for years.
It had gone into foreclosure around 2008 and sold in 2009. WHile it has red LRA boarding it's owned and the taxes paid.
Perhaps its rehab plans fell through due to covid.
According to the building permit records it was to be converted into two condos in 2011.
During 2019 it's vinyl cladding was applied. It's a weirdly protected bando along with its attached building.
